P. 17-18 "The Importance of Digging Hendrix" This was my introduction to the awesome second installment of the great Guitar World Jimi lovefest, THE UNPUBLISHED HENDRIX. Note the incredible Marshall-bashing pic by Ken Regan, which leads off a montage that continues onto the next page, a picture story compiled by my comrade in arms the Topester from his vast retinue of Jimi images, the Bill Nitopi Collection. I tipped my hat to the Topester (&quotStevie Ray Vaughan recently called him the Keeper of the Frame&quot) at the very end of this essay. I really wish you could see every page of this tome, as it is a god-lover's delight going through it some 20 years later -- if your god is Jimi.
