Features: transom, Italianate porch, side tower, distinct dormer, cupola, finials, segmented arch windows, stained glass, decorative brickwork, distinctive lintels, Palladian window. ∞ Now owned by Middlebury College, and used as offices.

Clinton Smith (1846-1905) was a prolific Victorian Era builder and architect. The vast majority of his extant work has shaped the town of Middlebury, and centers in Addison County, Vermont.
