Ambulance crew from Gross Mortuary, Hot Springs, Arkansas, loads the victim of an automobile accident onto a stretcher. Gross Mortuary operated this red, 1962 Buick Flxible from 1962 - 1966. It was a short wheel base vehicle with no partition between the driver and patient compartment. Photo taken by Bill Dever, personal friend and commercial police photographer in Hot Springs during this time.
