50s steam 1st June 1957 0-4-0ST 51244 in Goole.

            Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway Class 21 0-4-0ST 51244 was one of several shedded at Goole in the 50s and early 60s. 51244 rests between shunting duties on the dock sidings and the Stanhope Street area of Goole.  
On the dock side behind the locomotive is an interesting collection of ex-military vehicles as a docker peddles over the level crossing. Bicycles were a feature of Goole at the time.
