Bridget O'Donnell by Mark Kennedy 🇮🇪 outside The Thirsty Scholar ☘️

You may not recognise the name Bridget O’Donnell, but she is one of the most recognisable women in Irish history. www.theirishnation.com/bridget-odonnell

The Thirsty Scholar is a pub found within the arches of the railway bridge which crosses Oxford Road. It’s one of three pubs, the others being The Sailsbury and Grand Central, which are all nestled near the old steps leading up to Oxford Road Station.
