If anyone knows of the history of this house please feel free to add comments as I think many of us here would like to know. From what I learned today the house was built in 1918.  One time a farm here, last owners moved out around 1980 and started to rent it out. The new owner of this property was there and said that he had tried to sell the house and have it moved off the property but due to the condition inside it just wasn't worth it.  About a 1/2 hour before I left a contractor came around and said he had looked into purchasing the property and about a year ago it was just over 3 million. He thought it was about an acre from what he saw today and heard that it sold for about 2.2 though he found that hard to believe.
