977 – Capitel Interior - Iglesia Santa Cristina – Barca (Soria) - Spain.-

            La iglesia de Santa Cristina está en la población de Barca provincia de Soria (Spain), perteneciente a la Comunidad de Castilla y León, y está en las cercanías del río Duero. 
El edificio románico construido en el siglo XII del que todavía se conserva la galería porticada de aquella época, alberga en su interior un capitel románico doble, hoy usado como atril, que representa una pareja de arpías con influencia estilística de los maestros del monasterio de Santo Domingo de Silos en Burgos.

The church of Santa Cristina is in the town of Barca, province of Soria (Spain), belonging to the Community of Castilla y León, and it is near the Duero River.
The Romanesque building built in the 12th century, of which the porticoed gallery from that time is still preserved, houses inside a double Romanesque capital, today used as a lectern, which represents a pair of harpies with stylistic influence from the masters of the monastery of Santo Domingo of Silos in Burgos.
