978 – Estatuas Columna - Iglesia Santa Cristina – Barca (Soria) - Spain.-

            La iglesia de Santa Cristina en la localidad de Barca en Soria (Spain), conserva todavía restos románicos del siglo XII en la galería porticada, con columnas dobles y sencillos capiteles.
Destaca en el lado este un relieve con estatuas columna mostrando a dos personajes que portan filacterias, por lo que han sido identificados con profetas, encima unas arpías con estilo burgalés muy extendidas en el románico soriano.

The church of Santa Cristina in the town of Barca in Soria (Spain), still preserves Romanesque remains from the 12th century in the porticoed gallery, with double columns and simple capitals.
On the east side, a relief with column statues stands out, showing two peoples carrying phylacteries, which is why they have been identified with prophets, as well as harpies in the Burgos style that are widespread in the Soria Romanesque.
