Coming Of Age & Hope - a photo on Flickriver

The second Monday of every year in Japan is the traditional "Seijin No Hi," or "Coming Of Age Day." It celebrates those who turned 20 during the past year. At the time of this photo, Fuwari was 18 years and two months old, and looking forward to the womanhood celebration in a couple more years. Her heart hands are meant now to be congratulations to those 20 year olds celebrating in Japan, and congratulations to the youths of the world in general for navgating this complicated world they will be inheriting. Let's all wish optimal "hope" for their futures!
