Portait of the artist modeling badly

After a long process of putting a group together, scouting locations, negotiating terms and pulling things together in general I have finally moved into a co-op photography studio with small but great group of people I like and respect to the utmost. Saturday afternoon was my first chance to try it on so I spent a couple of hours tinkering and taking test shots.

This is the best of what I shot yesterday. No new ground broken here. I'm expecting no calls from the Guggenheim, but I like it enough to put it here (and make it my Facebook profile pic, not to mention writing 2 paragraphs about it). By my estimation any pic of me that doesn't end up looking like Gonzo the Great is a win.
