A diario reflexiono sobre los objetivos del Ate de la Pintura y me doy cuenta del extraordinario valor del Pintar los Lugares en su atmósfera y Esencia, con el Tiempo estos locales van desapareciendo por sus circunstancias propias pero Siempre quedarán las Pinturas que son Documentos de la Historia y que nos recordarán como fueron en realidad. Como Testimonio activo de los Flujos Históricos estoy Pintando para la Preservación de la Memoria Histórica, en una suerte de Historiador Plástico con funciones de Archivos Artísticos. La CAFETERIA AROMA n el Carrer Sant Miquel de MANRESA es uno de estos ejemplos, en el Cuadro se observan todos los detalles y elementos que formaron una de las Cafeteríes más populares y visitadas de la Ciudad, a la izquierda los Silos que guardan las variedades del Café para la venta, a la derecha las mesas adosadas a la pared, entre los Pesonajes Pintados me cuento yo mismo sentado en la mesa, al fondo el Arco al que van a parar las antiguas vigas del techo consiguiendo una sublime profundidad y una cálido colorido conjunto con acento Cafetero. Cuadros del artista Pintor ERNEST DESCALS en el Historiar sobre los Locales que ya han desaparecido, por el momento los voy sobreviviendo a Todos, lo que me indica que aún podré plasmar muchos otros que quizá también van a desaparecer en el mañana, por lo menos mis Pinturas testimoniarán su Vida Efímera entre nosotros.Pintando la Vida Cotidiana voy completando el Catálogo de los enclaves que han formado y forman la Sociedad Actual y también la que he vivido como Testigo Artístico.
