Wired but uncensored - a photo on Flickriver

            While Tunisia suffers heavy censorship of its Internet (all networks into/out of the country are filtered through a central government agency), part of the host country agreement for WSIS negotiated between the UN/ITU and Tunisia included wording stipulating that an uncensored network must be installed throughout the conference venue. In some cases, the media working in the Media Room were the only people in Tunisia who could see what was being published on certain websites reporting on the Summit--the rest of the Tunisian populace could not and would just find a fake '404' error page instead.
