"BLUE SKIES" OVER SCAPPOOSE AIRPORT, OREGON

                      For the "outsider", this is what one immagins what the Pacific Northwest looks like ALL the time (except for July and August).

This year has been (IMHO) the clostest to what I would consider a norman Oregon winter - cool and ever wet. I predict: however, that this summer will be another "desert-like" summer, with temperatures in the mid ninties to the low one hundreds. Seems to have been that way for the last four or five years.
