Crossing South African coast over Richards Bay

            Viewed from Qantas flight from Sydney to Johannesburg as it crossed east coast of South Africa after 12-13 hour flight across southern Indian Ocean. Judging by shape of coastline - flight is crossing coast somewhere just over Richards Bay and south of St Lucia. View is on port side looking south down over KwaZulu Natal north coast. Inlet at bottom right of picture is Mhlatuze Lagoon just south of entrance to Richards Bay while one of the big coal loading terminals is just out of picture. River entering right of centre appears to be Mlalazi River at coastal town of Mtunzini, while the Tugela River Mouth is about 50 kms further down coast. City of Durban would be somewhere on horizon about 250kms away in amongst the haze and smoke on horizon where I've placed the note frame. Apologies for the smears and streaks on my passenger seat window.
