            Queso elaborado por Nicolau Torra cocinero de vocación y profesión con más de 30 años de experiencia frente a los fogones propietario de Caterí Cuinant formatges, una quesería ubicada en Calders, Barcelona, España.
Es una quesería artesana en la que elaboran productos de calidad, con leche de proximidad. Su queso Tou de Cabra es un queso de leche cruda de cabra y de coagulación enzimática, que está cargado de bacterias, levaduras, hongos, fermentos, caseína, proteínas, suero, sal, cuajo y aire del Moianès.
Estos son los ingredientes secretos para poder elaborar sus productos, hechos a mano uno a uno, y reposando durante 15 días dentro de una calma absoluta en bodegas enterradas con más de 400 años de historia.
