Manaoag Church - a photo on Flickriver

Manaoag Church

            Minor Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary Manaoag, Philippines. It was impossible to take a picture of this church in one shot because of obstructions, so I took several vertical shots and tried to piece them together into a panorama. I was too close to the church to avoid major distortions.  I did what I could in photoshop with a free-transform to try to put the whole image together.  It didn't help that the sun was rising behind the church when I was there.  I think every challenge imaginable was thrown at me with this shot.  All of it was handheld too. lol
