Wal-Mart - North Grand - Ames, Iowa - Former Look (1985-2006)

            Until 2006, this was the only Wal-Mart I knew of that had the extremely old sign used from the 80s...all the others have been replaced.  I have a NOW picture in this set also if you want to take a look at it.  When they remodeled, they kept the "OPEN 24 HOURS" tag.  And it still didn't say things like "SATISFACTION GUARANTEED" or "WE SELL FOR LESS" on the building, those two signs are the only ones on the building...and the 24 hour sign didn't show up until the late 90s.

UPDATE 5/22/2012:  They have officially taken down the 2005-2012 sign and the "Open 24 Hours" signage...on tonight's visit, the entire store had no signing on it whatsoever...you can see a picture in this set...not even the words Pharmacy or 1-Hr. Photo are on it.
