Fall at Hurricane Bridge - a photo on Flickriver

            This shot had been on my list since the first time my buddy and I hiked in. Catching a freight train on this bridge is extremely difficult especially in the day time as most freights cross at night. And even on the longest days of summer you still need perfect conditions to make it happen. And to add to my anxiety it almost didn't happen. Many things conspired against us this morning to make me think all my planning was for not but we persevered and came away with this marvelous fall shot of one of the most iconic spots on the Alaska Railroad.
