Holy Stunning Sunrise, Batman! - a photo on Flickriver

            So what's a girl (or 2) to do when her flight has been cancelled and she has another day at the beach????  Take photos of the gorgeous sunrise, of course.

I will edit the SLR photos when I finally get home.  Until then, here is a cell phone photo.

Had a BLAST at the race yesterday.  I favored the healing sprained ankle so much that I ended up getting a stress fracture in my right foot.  :(  the good news is if I LISTEN (uh oh), keep it braced, and skip the next 2 events (race & mini triathlon), I should be fine in about 3 weeks.  Until then OUCH!  

Next year we plan to do the Surf n Santa Frosty's 5K on Saturday, and follow it on Sunday with the Christmas Dash 8K.  I am totally addicted to the medals & swag!  Hahaha
