Blair's Shoulder-knot (Lithophane leautieri)

            North Antrim, September 2023. This species originates from the area surrounding the Mediterranean, but has been spreading north. It was first reported from the Isle of Wight 1951 and has been spreading up through the British Isles. I first seen the species in North Antrim in 2019, and now get it annually in the garden.
