Im TWH leben im Durchschnitt 40 Menschen, die gemeinsam und gleichberechtigt über Fragen im Haus (Instandhaltung, Organisation und Soziales) beim regelmäßigen Haustreffen reden. Dort werden auch die grundlegenden Entscheidungen für das Zusammenleben beschlossen und ein demokratisches Grundverständnis sowie ein respektvoller Umgang mit Mitmenschen vermittelt.
