Wilson's warbler - a photo on Flickriver

Wilson's warbler

            I came across this warbler first this trip at over 10,000 feet elevation near the tree-line on a hike to Chasm Lake within Rocky Mtn National Park.  This image is from well below tree-line on the western part of the park, in an area of thick willows along the Colorado River.  The willows in the area are heavily browsed upon by Moose which are predominately on the west side of the park. There were quite a few Wilson's warblers, Lincoln and White-crowned sparrows in this habitat. The willows are unaffected on the Eastern part of the park and the number of Wilson's warblers seemed far less.  Just an observation and perhaps has nothing to do with the concentration of Wilson's warblers.  I was hoping for a nice crown shot but shooting this warbler as it foraged thru the willows was extremely challenging, and this was the best shot I could manage in the hour I spent at this location.
