Something the Hire Company Failed To Spot . . .

            Picked up a car and when I checked it against their damage record, this large hole wasn't recorded.
It's visible in at least 2 of their own photos, but somehow they failed to mark it.
I provided photos, and pointed out it was in their own images,
They sent out a new "damage record", but it STILL wasn't shown.

Solicitors on standby, just in case . . .
