Biblical Skies

No trip to Paris would be complete without a visit to some of the more historical icons, so on a particularly grotty day I decided to go and explore a little, I walked for miles but with a definite route in mind starting at the gardens at Bercy and ending at the Eiffel Tower.

By the time I reached Notre Dame the day was dark, the clouds foreboding and the queues of people constantly looking to the heavens - not to the divine but just to see if they were in for a soaking, they were eventually.

This is a 3 shot vertical stitch taken with my XT-1 and a tilt shift adapter with a vintage 20mm Nikon lens - each shot 4 minutes long - taken at f8
