Aspettando il raggio verde - a photo on Flickriver

            Da un vecchio silos per lo stoccaggio di cereali a Bernate (provincia di Milano) il sole al tramonto filtra attraverso due aperture disposte in asse formando un gioco di luce… stellare.
L’ultimo raggio del crepuscolo, che assume il colore verde dello spettro visibile, come indicato nel racconto "Il raggio verde" di Jules Verne rappresenta: “Quest’ultimo raggio, che l’occhio attento può scorgere al tramonto del sole, è delicato come una fiaba. La persona che lo vedrà sarà capace di leggere i propri sentimenti e quelli altrui”. 
Nel film omonimo del regista francese Eric Rohmer del 1986 diventa il colore della fortuna e come afferma la protagonista, Delphine, è meglio vivere sognando un ideale che adattarsi a una mediocre realtà. E la sua fedeltà verrà, forse, premiata perché: “Il raggio verde raggio fa sì che chi l'ha visto possa più ingannarsi nelle questioni di sentimento. La sua apparizione distrugge l'illusione e le menzogne; chi ha avuto la fortuna di vederlo una volta, vede chiaro nel suo cuore e in quello degli altri". 

Waiting for the green ray
From an old silos storaging cereals in Bernate (near Milan) the setting sun filters through two openings arranged in line, forming a stellar play of light ....
The last ray of twilight  that get the green color of the visible spectrum, as shown in the story "The green ray" of Jules Verne: "This final ray, which the eye can see the sunset, is as delicate as a fairy tale. The person who will this be able to read their own feelings and those of others."
In the homonymous film of 1986 by french director Eric Rohmer it becomes the color of luck and how the protagonist, Delphine, says is better dreaming to live an ideal than fitting to a mediocre reality. And his faithfulness will be, perhaps, they awarded because:  "The green ray beam means that anyone who has seen it can no longer be deceived in matters of sentiment. His appearance destroys the illusion and lies, and who had the good fortune to see him once, saw clearly in his heart and that of others. "
