Uncle Doc's last fish room - a photo on Flickriver

            My Uncle Doc passed away this year. There was not a time in my life when I knew him apart from his fish. He had a fish room in both of his houses and several tanks and fish rooms around the town in the hospitals and offices where he practiced medicine. I used to go with him on his rounds at these different places and clean the fishtanks while he waited on patients or conducted other business. There are so many things I could say about the impact that my uncle had on me and others. And I'll probably continue to pepper my photostream with some of those memories under the HOS tag. What a great man!
