            Nikon Nikkor-H 1:2.0/50mm

I sold my Nikon S2 with the Nikkor H 1:2.0/50mm lens on ebay and the buyer came back to me with a list of complaints, among other things, about the "terrible state this lens was in".

Listen up, all you problematic shoppers out there. This is a 65 year old lens. It is visibly in excellent state. Lenses of this age don't get much better than this. 

You want something that is mint and has absolutely no signs of use? Well, then forget about vintage hardware and get a modern, lens that just came out of the factory. 

Nikon, Canon, Cosina, Sigma, Leica &Co will be happy to help you. Just don't bother sellers on ebay with your unrealistic expectations.
