20210821 Canal Day - 041_M_01

            Almost all the events were canceled last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  This was no different for Canal Day.  The Canal Day Music and Craft Festival came back this year.  It was held at Hugh Force Canal Park, 180 West Central Avenue, Wharton, NJ., and the date was on August 21st and 2021.  The weather was cloudy most of the time and humid.  Two stages were set up for music bands to perform.  Variety of vendors such as fine art, craft, great food, and etc. were at the location to serve their customers. K9 search day demonstrated its skills to rescue and search victims.  The Canal Day Festival is an old-time country fair that celebrates the Morris Canal and its contributions to the development of communities along its banks.
