'Heart of the Himalayas' - a photo on Flickriver

            A truely amazing spectacle, this valley lies in the shadows of Machhapuchhre, Gangapurna and Annapurna III. To circle inside the valley at 12,700ft in a two seat ultralight aircraft is an unforgettable experience. Together, the soaring peaks, sheer rock faces, numerous glaciers and the heavily eroded valley floor create an 'out of this world' experience.
