From the anime Shingeki No Bahamut Genesis. She put a helluva lot of work into this as did I in post-production. All the green items (necklace and pauldrons) had LEDs and were glowing.

Edit: I wasn't 100% happy with the skin texture on her chest as I had blended and clone-copied away the body-sock she was wearing in order to make it look like she just walked out of the anime. So I re-edited her chest area to smooth out the blending I did and add back in some skin texture.
