The Capital Wheel in motion - a photo on Flickriver

            The Capital Wheel (in National Harbor) in mid-rotation with the lights forming patterns. This shot is from on top of the hill between the Gaylord and the shopping area. I could not get down to the lower walkway area (easily) as many entrances are blocked off due to the Gaylord being closed down for the COVID-19 pandemic.
