Gothmog and Michal in Uxmal - a photo on Flickriver

            From Mérida, we took a morning bus to the ruins of Uxmal. Two of the very few fellow travelers turned out to be from Czech Republic and Slovakia. Due to communication issues between us and the locals, accompanied with the assumption that tourists don't want to walk a few hundred meters, we missed the bus back to  Mérida. However, our hitch-hiking attempt was successful after a short while when a bus of Mexico City tourists stopped for us.
