138/365 - August 26, 2009

            Today I switched into my new class - Bookarts. It is going to be so much fun! We spent over an hour looking at handmade books and prints and then got to tour the presses we get to use and discussing the projects we'll do in class. I'm so excited! So now its got me thinking about what I want to do for my book project. And I'm thinking I might do a cookbook if I don't end up doing a cookbook for my thesis. Or I'll do a photography book.. ohh so excited! And an update on my thumb - it spent the day covered in burn ointment wrapped in a band-aid. But now its doing fine. It doesn't hurt, and there's no blister. Instead my skin is just dead. Imagine scrapping a hole out of your finger and filling it with wax. That's what it looks and feels like. But its already healing and I'm not in pain so I can't complain. ;]
