Old City Hall, Richmond, Virginia 2014

             It served as City Hall from 1894 through the 1970s. The interior centers around a large skylit atrium surrounded by four levels of cloister-like arcades, linked by a grand staircase.
The building used to house city office's and courts.
The building is now used by private commercial business's. 
The exterior of the building is made of Granite which was excavated from the James River between Richmond and Petersburg.
