Disney D23 Silver Cinderella Doll - a photo on Flickriver

Woohooooooooooo !!!

I finally own my Cinderella Grail ... The 2011 D23 LE250 Silver Designer Cinderella doll <3 <3 <3.

Seeing as I have been rather unwell for the most part of this year, I decided to celebrate the fact that I'm starting to get a little better and stronger again now, by treating myself to this stunning D23 Silver Designer Cinderella doll, who I thought I'd NEVER be lucky enough to own. I mean, there were only 250 produced, which is a super low edition number, and makes her the rarest LE Disney Store Cinderella doll around. But thanks to a little help from selling my Disneyland Paris shares etc, I was able to add this beauty to my collection at last ... Mmmmmm, happy sigh <3.

If you cant tell, I have released her from the plastic restraints in her box, so that I could repose her ... I know this is probably something that some people will consider a controversial move, but I don't care to be honest. She's my doll and I can do what I like with her.

But anyway, moving swiftly along .... Where was I again ? ... Oh yes, that's right ... Her original factory pose was rather rigid and it really bugged me, as it neither showed off the dress or the doll very well. So I've tried to create something more elegant and along the lines of the box artwork. Plus I've also tweaked her fringe, so that its not one big sideswept curl, as once again that REALLY bugged me, plus I didn't think it was particularly Cinderella, nor in keeping with the original artwork design.

I must admit, I thought she was gorgeous when I first got her, but now I've finished sorting my little adjustments etc, I think she's even more breathtaking <3 <3 <3

Now all I have to do is find somewhere prominent to put her on display ... Hmmmmm ?? I'm sure I'll think of something though.

In the meantime however, I'll just keep admiring her <3 <3 <3
