A storm at sunset

Moody weather is the theme for today's photos. I live on a narrow coastal plain wedged between the Pacific Ocean to the east, and the Great Dividing Range to the west. In summer and the warmer months, it's common for sudden storms to develop on hot afternoons. These storm develop quickly and sometimes last only a short time. One afternoon I went to take sunset shots over the local river, when a storm swept across the sky between me and the sunset.
