            Fort Wayne economic entertainment industrial gentrification complex aka economic development to help the middle/upper middle class be entertained and "developed". It is stupid to do economic development to help the poor. They AIN"T GOT NO MONEY...duh!  The city is re-developing another retail, "art",cultural, enRICHment multi-use building for white folk. Which is why a city of 300K people has a 3rd world bus system.
