Waterwell Park Flooding 03 - a photo on Flickriver

            Spring floods in our part are not uncommon due to snow melt and seasonal rain. Combine especially heavy winter snows with a bomb cyclone, though, and there is more than the usual amount of flooding. Waterwell Park is under water.
