The Sphinx megalith of Bucegi mountains

The Sphinx megalith is placed at an altitude of about 2300 m in the Bucegi mountains.
This interesting man-shaped (?) stone is looking to the sky. The megalith has its clearest outline on 21st November, at the time the sun goes down.
Around the “Sphinx “of Bucegi and “Babele” (Old women) were weaving legends and have turned tens of mythological theories.

Some researchers consider that the giant megalith (about 10 m hight and 14 m width) Sphinx was used 2000 years ago by the the ancient population of Dacia as an altar for religious purposes
