UWS LGBTQIA+ Pride in Music (1) - a photo on Flickriver

            Paisley's Students Union LGBTQIA+ Pride in Music gig on Thursday September 21st 2023 saw one band pull out before the event started. 
Joseph Miller an acoustic singer was up first with Shaz Martin finishing the event after 11pm when a drag act took to the stage.
This was my first time photographing in the UNi lounge and a very dark stage I was forced to shoot without a flash due to the auto focus struggling to focus.
The venue has cool looking lights that need to be moved down onto the acts and this would be another cool venue for bands.
Those who did attended to which many in the LGBT community let down the side as the numbers where low. Plus when I tried to buy a drink I soon found out they don’t take CASH!!!

By the way back in 2022 I shot Shaz at one of our SMA SHOT events in the town, too which you'll find that set in one of my band folders..
All in all they both played well all being a little quite and poor lighting. But all those who did attend the event cheered on bother performers. 
Saying that, I did like Shaz vocals being a song writer myself and who would certainly suit backing vocals some of my own tracks..
