Mural of Humbolt Park 8 - a photo on Flickriver

            I love street murals. They are truly art that all can access without cost. Street murals can also give meaning to people's lives. Because their presence can be limited by weathering, defacement , and urban renewal I feel a strong obligation to preserve the artist's efforts by using my camera to record and preserve them.
 
When we visited our younger daughter last weekend in Chicago's Humbolt Park district, she took me to see an extensive street mural created by Jason Brammer in 2015. It was so large that it was impossible the capture as one work of art, I captured segments an will post them as themes that run through the work.
