Here are more details about this U.S. Ordinance Dept. No. 7 0-4-0T Steam Locomotive.

Taken at the annual Buckley Old Engine Show in Buckley, Michigan (on M-37 south of Traverse City). It's one of the largest shows of its type in the country. It’s always on the third weekend in August, Thursday through Sunday. There are more than 1,000 antique tractors, threshers, and other agricultural equipment, as well as a lot of working historic trades, many of which you can participate in doing. This is one of the best run outdoor events I’ve ever attended and it's fun for the whole family. And here's The Buckley Old Engine Show song written by Kim Carson-Colley! The video gives you a taste of a bit of what's at the show.
