Milky Way Above Knowles and Ruby Canyons

            The Milky Way was bright on a pleasant night from my campsite in Knowles Canyon Overlook Campground. Knowles Canyon cuts through the cliffs on the opposite side of the Colorado River. The Colorado River flows for 25 miles through Ruby Canyon which straddles the Colorado/Utah state line. A glimpse of the River is below the cliffs on the right hand side of the frame.
