Male waiting for female - Bellflower Blunthorn Bee/Gold-tailed Melitta

            Please tell if The species is correct

Males lie in flowers and wait for females. I saw when biking that there was something dark in the flowers. The flowers stood dark, so i snipped them off and moved into the sun to take photo. After a minute or so the males would wake up and fly to a flower in the shade.

On the photo the male is just about to fly.
