The storm at Newhaven - a photo on Flickriver

            This weather recently has reminded me of Newhaven trip back in 2014. One image not previously processed.Shot taken from the cliffs which were hairy to say the least and best avoiding getting too near the edge !! 

High winds you could hardly stand up at times and gusty that it was essential to weigh the tripod down as well as hang onto it even though it was pretty low to the ground.

Image info:- Nikon D4 with Nikon 300mm f/2.8 @ f/7.1 with the ISO at 1000, shutter 1/1600th to freeze the action of the waves, processed and converted to B & W in NIK Collection Silver EFEX Pro 2. Full structure and contrast filter.
