MIR028 Centennial at Dobwalls Forest Railroad

Ten years have now passed since the superb miniature railroad at Dobwalls, Cornwall closed.

No. 6908 'Centennial' was the first diesel delivered to Dobwalls in 1979. It is modelled on the EMD DDA 40X 'Centennial' class locomotives of the Union Pacific and was built by Severn Lamb of Stratford Upon Avon. She is seen here approaching the main station from the Union Pacific circuit August 11, 1983.
