Five Ingredient Two Loaves Of Multigrain Bread

            Made this bread yesterday.  Was so pleased with the outcome. To date this is the best bread I've ever made. I added some caraway seeds and pine nuts inside the bread.  The top has Chia and Poppy Seeds.  I made it with Sprouted & White Spelt Flours and a little bit of Rye Flour to give it a nice under taste. It rose up so nice and the crumb was IMHO excellent.  I froze one loaf and we'll eat the other.
