Rosalynn Carter's Strawberry Cake - a photo on Flickriver

            In her honour,  I decided to make her Strawberry Cake recipe. Hers was made in an Angel Food Cake Pan, but I did mine differently. I put orange juice mixed with a little Grand Marnier in the cake.  The icing is made with Cream Cheese and a little Maple Syrup. We will try it later.
