The London Eye! - a photo on Flickriver

The London Eye!

            Also known as the Millennium Wheel. It was opened to the public in the year 2000.
At the time of opening, it was the world's tallest Ferris wheel at 135 metres!
It is still the tallest in Europe. It is also the most popular paid attraction in the UK, with over 3 million visitors per year!
The only higher public viewing platform, is at the Shard.
