Puerta de la Justicia: Detalle (1) - a photo on Flickriver

            Alhambra y Generalife de Granada
La imagen gótica de la Virgen y el Niño, de Roberto Alemán, fue emplazada por orden de los Reyes Católicos encima del arco pequeño, sobre la inscripción árabe fundacional de la puerta. Se coloca en medio de un gran paño de azulejos vidriados musulmanes. Se conservan las hojas de madera enchapadas en hierro originales.
La escultura es una réplica de la original, de 1501, que se encuentra en el Museo de Bellas Artes.
